Remembering my childhood in Lima and Buenos AIres brought me the memories of all our family gatherings, where the women in the house - led by my grandmother in Peru and my mother in Argentina - were in charge of the kitchen and made the most flavorful dishes to be shared with everyone. It also reminds me of the warmth and that feeling of being home, which are the key components of our concept. We want our customers to feel the same.
